It's a japanese site where you can apply for tickets. I don't really get how it's all working though, but since the tickets to begin with is only for fanclub members, there are one of the ways to get them. Defenitely not any discounts. But it works just like when you apply for tickets through the fanclub, you're balloting for them, so you don't know if you get them or not. But well, I don't really get half of the kanjis and yeah, am very very confused. X___X
