Yes I know.. And there are so many things happening that would not have happened if there was just enough people working. For example there was this incident at one home in my area, not were I work thanks god, but there was this lady being forgotten on the toilet for at least 4 hours. It's the kind of thing that shouldn't happen, but the way it is now, with all the cut-downs it happens so easily!
It always makes me so mad how it's never administrators who suffers, either we talk about schools or elderly-care. >___<
It's just Maru who could put up with him in that situation! ^^ Eeeh?! When did he slap Hina? And more importantly, how could I miss/forget that?! O____O
