Eurovision!

Finished a book I've been reading for a while now, The Perfume by Patrick Süskind. I've been wanting to read that book for a long while, and now I finally got down to it. I loved it. It amazes me how a writer manages to describe something as fleeting as smell in such various ways. I started watching the movie today, but didn't finish it. Too tired. XD

My mum, me and my dog just came back from a an hour's walk in the woods. We saw a roedeer! ♥ And young bulls fighting. XD I should walk in the woods more often. ♥

But before the walk I watched the MC part of the Koi no ABO DVD. ♥ I love Shigelulja chance~ ♥ I hope they actually have added when he does it.

I'm sitting in front of the TV and right now they're showing the contestants of Eurovision Song Contest.
I love Eurovision, or Schlagern as we call it in Sweden. The clothes lacking any sense of style, the bad prerehearsed jokes from the hosts. Germany and Great Britain who always have hideously bad songs.

Last week they showed Czech Republic, amongst others, and GOD was that bad!

And this is Sweden's entry. I won't say anything about this, because I'm never as patriotic as when it's time for Eurovision.

10 years since Sweden won last time, so it should be time now! XDD

Yeah I like it too, but yeah, I'm Swedish and always think that the Swedish songs are good. XDD But she has a great voice!
That Czech song is probably the worst in the whole contest. XD

Its almost time for Eurovision SOng Contest - totally forgot about that. When I looked up which is the german song I was a bit shocked and amused XD~ Its a great song in comparison to his other songs (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3ngguU-fUI as one example ... no comment!!) but the swedish is really great! Hopefully they will have a fair chance this year!

Yes, Germany's song this year is much better than they usually are. I think it's quite nice actually.
But WTH is that other song?? O__ô
I'll be cheering for Sweden though, or Finland, because there's a swedish songwriter. XDD

The Swedish song is indeed really nice.^^ I'll be supporting Sweden this year.^^
Have you heard the Russian contestant?I think that's gonna be the biggest failure in history. The participation of a Ukranian singer with a song in Ukranian, that all sounds like a big bad joke to me, not to count that both the song and the singing leave much to be desired!
As for Great Britain, that's always been a mystery to me how they actually select the contestants to end up with what they usually end up.

I haven't heard Russia no Ukrain yet. Need to listen to them today!!
I think that if one country is not taking Eurovision seriously it's Great Britain. I guess it could have something to do with them always having a spot at the finals even if they place last the year before. XD
